Cuidado
Vacuum regularly on a low setting, without the beater bar. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth, working from the edge inwards. Rotate the rug every few months so it wears evenly.

In their words.
Large sticker stuck to carpet ruining the quality at arrival.
Hi Kayla,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The sticker you’re referring to is actually the manufacturer’s label that helps identify the rug and provides care and cleaning instructions. It’s similar to the tag inside a shirt that explains how to wash and care for it. It’s not meant to damage the rug or affect the quality in any way.
If you’re still having trouble with it or feel the rug was affected, please reach out to us and we will gladly help you.
I normally won't take a chance on purchasing rugs online but I am so glad I did this time! This rug is beautiful! My cat also loves it! Lol It really softens my living room and the rug itself is soft. It was delivered rolled up and the creases are already flattening out. I absolutely adore it and super happy with this product!
I had previously ordered the same rug in a smaller size from the same seller and was really impressed with the quality. I decided to order another one in this larger size. However, this new rug I received looks like it's made differently. This new one is thinner than the previous one and there's glue residue and damaged part, and uneven pattern throughout. Consider how much more expensive this bigger rug is, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality control. I don't think the quality is worth the price point.
Hi Liz,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This definitely isn’t the experience we want for our customers, especially when you’ve previously had a positive experience with the same design in another size. Please send us an email so our team can take a closer look and help arrange an exchange for you. We want to make sure you receive a rug that meets the quality you expect.
Highly recommend. We moved into a new house and needed a very large area rug for our living room to add a little more warmth & make it feel cozy. I had a hard time finding something big enough, that was plain & neutral, and that wasn’t going to cost a fortune. I took a chance on this rug and it exceeded my expectations. It feels nice on my feet, easy to vacuum, and looks like the area rugs we saw elsewhere that were nearly triple in price. I have received numerous compliments on it.
I really like this rug. It’s a nice pattern and good quality.
Nice rug, decent price and fits well
Excellent quality. Great size super comfy to walk on
The size and quality is good. A little bit darker than the picture, but still works for my room.
Need an underpaid.
