We ship across Canada and the United States.

Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day.

Canada: 1 to 3 business days after your order ships, most often 1.
United States: 2 to 6 business days after your order ships.

We ship with FedEx and UPS. Rugs 9' x 12' and larger travel by LTL truck, and the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $25.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few hours to begin updating with the carrier.
