Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Email info@rugbranch.com with your order number as soon as possible. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it within 30 days of delivery under our Refund policy. A return fee of $50 per product applies ($100 per product for rugs 9' x 12' and larger). Final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
