Disappointing!

Unfortunately 2 of the rug edges were not bound which resulted in all the carpet threads being exposed and already looking frayed. Very disappointing especially as we had to return the rug.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really sorry to hear that the rug arrived with unbound edges and visible fraying. That should never happen and it’s definitely not the quality we aim to deliver.

You also shouldn’t have had to cover the return cost for an item that arrived in defective condition. Please send us an email with your order details so we can review this and make it right for you. We’re happy to offer a replacement or a suitable resolution.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the chance to help.
