Frequently asked questions
Where does a 3x5 rug fit?
A 3x5 rug suits an entryway, a bathroom, the front of a kitchen sink, a bedside or a small desk area. It is a good accent size rather than a room size.
What is the actual size of a 3x5 rug?
3x5 is the size name for a rug of about 3 by 5 feet. The actual size is shown under Size on each rug and can be a few inches smaller.
Can a 3x5 rug go inside the front door?
Yes, it is a common entryway size. Choose a rug a little narrower than the door opening, and add a rug pad so it stays flat when people step on it.
What if I need something bigger than a 3x5?
A 4x6 or 5x7 covers more floor in a bedroom or office, and a runner suits a hallway or galley kitchen. Compare actual sizes under Size on each rug before you order.
Is a 3x5 rug big enough for an entryway?
Yes, for a front door or a small foyer. For a long hallway, choose a runner of 2x6 or longer.
Where can I find shipping and returns details?
Shipping and returns details are on our shipping policy and returns policy pages, and the rules can differ by country and by item. Read them before you order, and contact us if you have a question.
