Description said size may vary by 3", but size discrepancy was significantly more than three inches.
Arrived extremely wrinkled. Did almost completely resolve after about nine days with heavy books and just letting it relax.
Have not had to clean it yet.
Pattern and colours very nice, but not exactly the same as all the photos.
I considered returning for the size discrepancy, but decided not to because it would have been too much work.

Wow it’s perfect, I can’t afford a silk or wool carpet but this one exceeded my expectation. It really brings out a touch of class and coziness to the room. Love it. Beware, it’s not 7’x10’ as announced, it’s a bit smaller.

The pattern was fuzzy which I personaly didn't like, but have a good quality.

I love this rug! It looks expensive, but great valu for your money.

Very eye appealing but it is not .6 inches in thickness. It is 12mm which converts to .47 inches. Does not matter that much to me but it might to some. I will keep it.

Advertising picture shows straight lines pattern. Reality is different. Many defects in pattern lines.
Second grade at best.

This rug far exceeded our expectations. The colours are rich, and the pile is thick and soft. The wrinkles from it arriving tightly rolled all disappeared within a day or so. This rug is good value for the money, and will purchase the same in a different colour for another room.

I’ve had it for a month. Minimal smell for a few days, the corners flattened quickly, easy to vacuum and it looks even better than the photo. Soft pile for morning stretches. Very fast shipping.

Beautiful vibrant color, velvety soft, thick enough for a nice cushion feel underfoot. Barely noticeable new odor when unrolled. Give the rug a couple of days to lie flat. I use two-sided rug tape for the corners to ensure safety. I am pleased with the purchase.
