Cuidado
Vacuum regularly on a low setting, without the beater bar. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth, working from the edge inwards. Rotate the rug every few months so it wears evenly.

In their words.
Finally a runner that isnt folded upon delivery. It came rolled and well packaged.Love it. A quality product in my opinion. No creases no curled up corners. Purchased a thin underpad, so all is good.
I purchased two runners. They are very nice and cozy. Unfortunately they are a bit of a tripping hazard as they are not non slip. But they do add coziness.
Hi Jen,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that you find the runners cozy and a nice addition to your space. For hardwood or tile floors, we recommend using our Rug Branch Rug Pad to keep the rug securely in place and prevent any slipping.
We’d be happy to send you a complimentary rug pad to pair with your runners. Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it right away.
Superb! I’m thoroughly enjoying these rugs—every detail, from the quality to the beautiful design, has exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely worth the price. It’s been almost 10 months since I got them, and I waited to see how they would hold up before leaving a review. I’m happy to say they still look as good as new! I’ll definitely be getting another design from this company for my kitchen.
You wont regret getting them!
Love it. Feels good on the feet
Very pleased with the way it finishes off the look of my living room! I took the photo from my kitchen, you can see how it matches the kitchen tile. The only downfall is that I find it quite thin and not much cushiony feel on the feet. Overall, I am very pleased with the way it dresses up my decor.
Very nice and soft
Very nice carpet, perfect for space
This runner is used in my hallway to the bedrooms so it's in a high traffic area. The pile height is perfect and it's very soft and cushiony on the feet. So far it's been very durable and hasn't shown any wear however, I've only had it for about 8 months. It looks sharp on top of my hardwood floor. I have received many compliments on it.
Do not hesitate to purchase this brand! Absolutely gorgeous rugs high quality 👌🏻
Love my Abstract Boho!!!
This carpet design and colour and size are perfect for my space but there is no pile to it ! It is literally non existent almost like and outdoor carpet. My dog slips on it constantly worse than our Lino floors! It’s so slippery! Very upset as nice otherwise so will probably return it.
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad to hear the design and colour were a perfect match for your space, but I’m sorry the rug didn’t feel as expected. This style does have a low to medium pile, and many customers choose it specifically for its softness and comfort, so what you’re describing is unusual.
Your feedback matters to us and we want to make this right. Please send us an email with your order details so we can take a closer look and help you with a solution. We’d be happy to assist with an exchange or offer guidance on a rug pad that can add extra grip and cushioning to prevent slipping.
Looks just as advertised. Soft on bare feet- good as entry-hall carpet.
