Quality - this is lightweight and fairly thin, and the pile is not totally uniform (has some rougher-looking spots that go against the grain, or don't lay flat). While the shape of design elements are consistent, the fill colours are uneven, partial, or blotchy. The colours themselves, however, match the pictures.Grip (zero) - rug pads are a MUST. I bought felt ones with rubber backing, which were a game-changer.Creases - I used a portable steamer to soften creases and get the ends to lay flush. After a couple days, the end of the rug most tightly wound in the center of the roll still has some ripples. They may never fully settle, but I'm fine if they don't.Dimensions - Edges are straight. Length is 13', but width is actually an inch shorter at 2'2". Ideal for me!Overall - For the price, I expected and welcomed "issues" like these. So this is still a 5/5. If durability issues arise, with vacuuming or traffic, will report back.

I bought this for a baby nursery and while I like the design, I am disappointed with how creased it is. It seems like it won't properly flatten out with time. I am also wondering if it was previously used as there was a very gross, crusty brown thing on it that I had to pick off it. If it was used, then I should not have been paying full price for it. Disappointed to say the least.
After spending a lot of time looking for some rugs on Rug Branch I finally decided to buy this rug. The rug looks amazing in my living room and I already got few compliments. It is easy to vacuum as well. I am happy with this purchase.
Just got the carpet today hence the crinkling and weighing down of corners. It is beautiful though and exactly like the photo we are thrilled with it! It is not super thick but is very soft. We prefer a lower pile with our door anyways so this fit the bill perfectly. We are pleased and looking forward to it flattening our!

Lovely carpet, thin but great! Bumpy at first but after vacuuming a couple times it is very flat now

As other reviewers mentioned- this rug is fairly thin. As I purchased this for our front door (heavy traffic, snowy/wet) I don’t mind the thickness. Will see how it holds up over the winter, but it does look very nice.
The carpet looks great and it a lot softer than I anticipated! Unfortunately, the edging it a little crooked, which made it hard for a couple corners to stay flat. Luckily they’re under my night tables. It’s slightly crooked on the one side, and I’m able to see it, but I’m sure it won’t be noticeable to others
Purchased for my sons room, it’s very soft and seems good quality. It is a bit thin as others have mentioned but I feel like that’s expected with the price. All in all, I love it and couldn’t be happier with my purchase

Excellent runner- I have it in front of my patio door. It sits flat, is well made and keeps dust from tracking in. Perfect.
a little disapointed by the qualitie and the size, but overall okay
This is just as beautiful as the product images. My only comment is that it has a bit of a chemical-ish smell to it. Kind of like the way knock down furniture does out of the box. My suggestion would be to hang it outside for a bit, or I sprinkled it with baking soda mixed with lavender essential oil and let it shit for a day and vacuumed it up.
This rug is a great value. It is absolutely gorgeous and looks great in our basement.

This is not as pictured. This is not an indoor area rug. It slides all over the place. This is an outdoor mat. Refund would be nice.
