Most items usually take 2-3 business days to ship, based upon the item's availability. Delivery of items will be dependent on the size of the rug ordered and the shipping location.
If your area rug is not the perfect match for your space, you can make a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The area rug must be in a new and unused condition in order to receive a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring that the product is wrapped in its original packaging to avoid damage while in transit.
As soon as you receive your product, please inspect it, and notify our customer service immediately if the merchandise is defective or has been damaged during transit. All defect or damage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If the claim is made within the 7-day period, Rug Branch will replace the merchandise at no cost to you. If we are notified after 7 days, Rug Branch will not be responsible for replacing the product. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
We’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
